HOW TO GET STARTED

4 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1

Notify Virtare of your interest by filling out our teleplacement referral form.

Step 2

Virtare will then provide an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner

Step 3

Our Nurse Practitioner will go to the future resident's location or have a virtual meeting to complete the necessary paperwork

Step 4

Within 72 hours, the community has a move-in ready resident

WHAT IS COVERED?

For future/current residents, our services are billed through the resident's insurance plan. There is no cost to the community and there is little to no cost to resident if they are a part of one of the following plans:

IN NETWORK RESIDENTS

1. United Healthcare
2. Aetna
3. Tricare/VA
4. Medicare Fee For Service (Traditional Medicare)
5. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
6. Health Net (Coming 2022)

OUT OF NETWORK RESIDENTS

If the prospective resident does not have one of the aforementioned insurance plans, Virtare will do all of the move-in documentations for a nominal fee of $250. Either the family can pay Virtare Health or the community can pay for this service.
